This 2-day workshop teaches the principles and techniques for developing a HACCP plan that meets the requirements of the Codex Alimentarius and the National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods.  The content of this workshop have been reviewed and approved by the International HACCP Alliance, enabling it to fullfull requirements for individuals participating in the development of HACCP plans for USDA and FDA monitored facilities.
 
Attendees have the opportunity to work on developing or improving the HACCP plan required for their facility under the Food Safety and Moderization Act and the GFSI certification audits.
